Start with the official identity

Choose the first action deliberately
A new wallet, an imported wallet, and a restored backup are different security events.
Import an existing wallet
Use a compatible recovery phrase or a supported network-specific private key only when you understand the scope of that credential. Never paste it into a website, search box, support chat, or AI assistant.
Restore or transfer
Use an optional encrypted iCloud backup or direct encrypted iPhone transfer only if that is the method you previously prepared. Aperture does not have a custodial recovery account.
Before you fund the wallet
A few minutes of verification is cheaper than discovering a recovery gap after a device is lost.
